A dilapidated NHS office to an ultra-luxury Co-Living HMO in Warrington.
Mauve have taken over the Forster Street Project from a Builder who damaged the structure of the property. We stepped into this project and completely gutted out everything, even the partly finished work that was done by the past owner.
This project was being developed throughout COVID-19 where home isolation was prominent so we decided to ensure all of the design of the property was formed around the focus of making sure our customers could feel safe throughout this at any time and moment.
Every detail from this project has a touch of an industrial chic aesthetic taking inspiration from old factories and industrial spaces with a clean look. The kitchen/dining area, being a crowd favorite, features warm tones as the brick wall was inspired by the property’s old use as an industrial building.
We were able to rent out the property for way above the market standard due to listening to what our customers' need.
