Based in one of the most popular house share neighborhoods in Oldham, the Ward Street Project was suffering from a lot of damp and structural issues that needed to be rectified and repaired urgently.
This project was our very first HMO project in Manchester, which has been fully tenanted since completion. This 4-bed HMO features working desks and en-suites, a fully converted loft with en-suite and study, and 4 en-suites with different color-themed rooms that are still neutral for tenants to design it and still make it their own.
Mauve Group strategically reconfigured the property and gave us some of the largest HMO rooms available on the market where rent was able to reach over £100 pcm - more than the market average for similar rooms.
This Ward Project has allowed us to constantly be positioned above the remainder of the market for the long run.
